Guests are expected to behave in a manner consistent with wishes of the owners of Durali Villa. This includes a demonstration of respect for fellow occupants, staff, and property (physical and intellectual). Accepted Forms of Payment
All guests are required to pay for their entire stay upon check-in. Payments may be made by Visa, Master Card, traveler’s checks or cash. Personal checks are not accepted. Confirmation of bookings require credit card information to be provided in order to ensure availability.
Cancellations and Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the payment credit card or by check. Cash refunds cannot be issued.
All guests are responsible for security and room keys issued to them at the time of check-in. Any lost keys should be reported to the Management immediately. A $100 fee will be assessed for keys which are lost or not returned at time of check-out.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in begins at 3PM daily. Guests planning to arrive after 11PM are urged to make prior arrangements with staff in order to ensure check-in materials are available after hours. Check-out time is 12PM daily. Late check-out may be arranged based on availability.
Guests have full access to the indoor pool and amenities. Please be aware that there will not be a lifeguard on duty. All children must be supervised at all times. Durali Villa will not be held responsible for any loss or damages arising from the use of these amenities.
Guest Parking is available at no extra charge. Guests will be directed to designated parking areas at the time of check-in.
Durali Villa has a strict “No Pets” policy. Animals are not permitted in the grounds or within the house itself.
No guests staying at Durali will be permitted to break local noise by laws which is any noise that interrupts the neighboring properties quiet enjoyment of their homes.
